Jonny Depp is an enthusiastic tour guide full of charm with great sense of humor. He really goes the extra mile to make sure his guests have everything they need. We had unforgettable memories both aboard the Black Pearl and on the day trips! We can highly recommend him.
My group and I had a fantastic and fun time in Luxor using the tour services of Jonny and his team (Black Pearl ) in November 2025. Jonny was always punctual for our trips, and he and his crew were friendly, welcoming and spoke good English. They were also very hospitable with lovely teas and authentic Egytian food.
Jonny was informative about the many temples we visited and thankfully, he guided us away from the many hagglers at those sites.
Sailing across the Nile on their wonderful felucca, visiting nearby islands, doing a horseride trek and watching the beautiful sunset on the Nile were unforgettable.
I very much look forward to visiting Luxor again and will definitely be using the services of Jonny/Black Pearl again, and I highly recommend them to others.
We had a fantastic felucca ride on the Nile in Luxor. The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was great, and it was a wonderful way to experience the river. Everything was well organized, and the crew was friendly and welcoming. One of our favorite experiences in Luxor and definitely worth doing.
